We have provided a detailed FAQ with solutions and explanations as to how our Strongbox Security works.

Please read this carefully as we will refer you to this page for support queries & 95% of the time this page will solve your issues

This page shows you the step by step sign in procedure and important tips to make your life easier browsing our website

 

 

1. Enter username as given in your CCBill email receipt - codes are case sensitive & 9 characters long. Enter exactly as seen or copy & paste username.
2. Enter password as given in your CCBill email receipt - codes are case sensitive & 9 characters long. Enter exactly as seen or copy & paste password.
3. Secret word is always 5 letters long, unique to your sign up session. This must always be entered & changes everytime for a new session.
4. Once you are sure you have entered your codes correctly, click the SAVE box so your browser remembers this next time.

Congratulations - You should now be inside our home page of the Members Area. If something has gone wrong and you are refused entry, please double check that your codes are correct and that the email you received from CCBill is CONFIRMATION of a successful sign up.
To try again - refresh the page or use the back tab to re-enter the codes again. Please overwrite anything previously entered.
If this does not work, please DO NOT keep retrying. Repeated failed attempts will get your IP address/and or username locked.
If this happens, you can only get this reviewed and investigated by our customer support.

Customer Support can be contacted 2 ways: Email directly to webmaster@aaaspanking.com or the support form - please make sure your email address is correct or we can not reply to you. Important. If you are writing to us about a username/entry issue, please provide the following so we can assist you. The best way to find you in order of importance is
1. by your subscription number from CCBill (16 numbers long, always starts 01, 02 or 05)
2. username & password
3. name and email address used for sign up (you will ALWAYS receive a confirmation email from CCBill) - so look for this.

Please do not write to our customer support saying "can not login" and giving no further information - This may take much longer to resolve as we could ask you to provide more info to locate the membership. Important: Your subscription number will always allow us to locate any current or valid membership.

Strongbox Security allows us to look up your details so we will be able to see if you are entering the username, password or not entering the secret word correctly. We can clear the IP address and re-add the username if they are blocked from too many failed attempts.

What if I have access but that access has been stopped after I had gone in and out of the website a lot, having to re-enter my codes often in a short period of time? Why can I not get in again?

This is an important FAQ and this is the reason why and the solution to this problem.
You will need to contact our Customer Support so we can clear your codes/IP address. Once your codes are cleared please use the advice below:

Each time you log into our Member Area, it creates a session. It is cached for a short period on your browser (up to 4 hours if no activity). These browser sessions are designed to help you, but if you open too many in a very short period of time, then this can work against you... like the repeated attempts earlier... your codes could be temporarily suspended. Why is that?

You are in the Member Area and you are viewing and downloading content, then you click on the back tab, often you will click back too far and leave the website. For some reason, many of you then close the entire window/browser and then attempt to enter the site again, opening a new browser completely so you will then go through the sign in process, entering your codes and the secret word etc. all over again. You do this maybe 4 or 5 times in less than 5 minutes... then have a problem, does this sound familiar?
You are opening too many sessions, they are not needed as this software has a really cool function. So if you go too far out of the website... no problem, want to go back straight in? Just click the FORWARD tab (number 1 in image below) in your browser. You're back in the member area as before, no codes needed - simple, right?

So you want multiple sessions? You think this is unfair? Maybe you want to open lots of film/photo pages to download data in several places at once. Hey... we have no problem with that, just do it this way (explained below). Well, that can be done if you want... just don't open new browsers - it can all be done in the same browser, just open a new tab - Please DO NOT go to your home desktop page, find the browser icon and start another browser start up and open the NEW browser session... Never ever do this - EVER!
Remember: Just open a new tab (see number 2) and type in the website address... go to the member sign in (number 3) click that - and as it is in the same browser, you go straight to the home member page - without entering your usercodes. You can open multiple tabs, even copy the member home page URL if you like. Open as many tabs as you want... Go try this, neat huh? Now you're viewing the site correctly!

That is how you view our website... now that is cool... right? So remember, don't keep closing the browser entirely and re-opening multiple times in a short period of time, it is unnecessary. Use the tabs and forward tab options in the same browser, in any browser of your choosing... that's the secret!
